Beautiful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The condo was spacious, clean and in a very convenient location. The balcony is really the highlight of the condo as it's located directly over all of the village activities/bars, restaurants. My only complaint is the noise level at night...I realize many have cited this as their complaint as well, but we did have one night in particular that was so loud that it woke me up. It seems as if late-night crowds gather directly under the balcony to carry on their night once the bars close down. The night I was awakened, there were approximately 10-15 women cheering one another on while they turned flips in the common area. Fortunately, it didn't last ALL night long and I was able to fall back asleep, however, we were pretty irritated while it was happening. It would be helpful if there was some way the owners could install some kind of noise blocker...I don't even know if anything like that exists?? At any rate, despite the noise, we really did have a great time staying here.

Excellent Room

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Our only complaint was that it is directly above Rum Runner which is open until 2am. You can hear the music and laughter below. If you need to sleep in silence, this might be a little disruptive. Otherwise, we loved it and highly recommend staying here.

We really liked this condo. It had a great view and was close to all the action. It gets loud late but not Bourbon Street late.

Family Spring Break

I would stay here again just for the awesome location and balcony that overlooks all the action. Easily walked to many restaurants, shops, kid activities, and the marina. Very clean. Our kids liked watching the fireworks from our balcony. Some reviews mentioned the noise level at night, but this didn’t bother us at all. We just put a travel sound machine in the bunk room and our kids slept through the night. The worst noise is the early morning leaf blowing… I know the rental can’t control that at all, but just be warned and bring earplugs. It wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. We had friends with teenagers stay in another Observation Point unit. We’d end all our nights drinking and talking on our balcony while we watched our kids run around to all of the activities below.

Perfect View

We really enjoyed our vacation at 552 Observation Point. Our host was very helpful and welcoming and the online check-in and checkout was great. Sunsets from this balcony are outstanding and the activities below kept us entertained. Not a quiet spot but a fun one!

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed the view and the room a lot. We did bring a lot of paper products of our own thankfully, but everything else was provided! The kitchen did lack a few things for cooking a large meal, but for a vacation spot was awesome!

Perfect location!!

We bring the kids for vacation every year. This year, by far was the best as far as where this condo is located. It over looks the entire village. Perfect balcony to have coffee, dinner, or just relax and enjoy the live music or events going on right below you!!

Center of Action

It was just as advertised! We’ve been to Baytowne before so we had an idea of what we were in for. Close to all the shops and restaurants! Great views, including the bay. The one thing I would caution you about is the noise at night. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the spot for you. The room is across from the bar and it is LOUD until 2:00 a.m. every night. Not just the music, but people screaming! Other than that, it was perfect!

Great stay

We loved the room. The only thing that is hard is it was hard to have anyone to help us with the fire alarm going off. The place is wonderful would have liked better contact with management people.

Great location

This was a great place to stay. Although it is pretty loud outside till about 2am, you can't beat the view and ease of access to all the great shops available. And the place looks very nice and updated as well.
