The area is extremely peaceful and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, where sunny spots alternate with pleasant shaded areas, creating the ideal atmosphere for those seeking relaxation and nature.

Family-run since 1974, the villa has recently been renovated and furnished, offering spacious and well-maintained one-bedroom apartments designed to ensure comfort and functionality. All apartments are equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can also enjoy a barbecue area, an outdoor shower and a small MTB workshop for those who wish to explore the island’s trails. A washing machine is available on request.

Important Notes

Bed linen and towels are not included in the stay and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival, or guests may bring their own.

Security Deposit
The security deposit will be returned within a few days after the end of the stay.

Payment can be made in cash, which will be returned at departure if it takes place after 3:00 PM (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
It is also possible to use a credit card, however the release time depends on the procedures of the banking circuit used.
