The bedrooms include a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room with walk‑in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is a private lawned area and free public parking for two cars. Two EV chargers are available on site, with an additional two located at the nearby beach car park. One well‑behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking. A shop is 0.6 miles away, a pub 0.3 miles and the beach 0.7 miles.Bed linen is provided, and towels can be hired for £3 each. On‑site free facilities include an indoor heated pool, gym and arcade, The Oasis club, laundrette, shop, café and takeaways. Good Housekeeping bond GBP 200. California also boasts a beautiful sandy beach with a high-quality pub/restaurant overlooking it. There is much to do in the surrounding area, visit the neighbouring Scratby and Ormesby St Margaret for a wider range of amenities. The popular seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is just 6 miles away, it makes for a wonderful day out for everybody to enjoy. For your dose of nature, head to The Broads where you can explore the scenery whilst walking or cycling.
