Cosy and clean two bedroom chalet, a 7 minute walk from the Norfolk coast with sandy beach (dog friendly). Perfectly positioned on the California Sands Estate to maintain a sense of rural solitude. Free onsite parking to the rear of the property.

THE SPACE
Living Area: Relax in the comfortable lounge with flatscreen TV, DVD player, dining table for four, and electric heating.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, 4-plate electric stove with oven and grill, plus all essential utensils. Fire safety equipment included.
Bedroom 1: Double bed with fresh linen, wardrobe, drawers, and bedside storage.
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds with linen provided and handy storage drawers underneath.
Bathroom: Shower room with WC and basin.
Outdoor Space: Large grassed area with outside seating.

Great pet friendly chalet, just10 mins walk from the lovely beach. The host, Simon, answered all our correspondence quickly and was very helpful and accommodating (pun intended)!

Great little chalet equipped with everything and a few added extras. Was a dog friendly accomodation and was quite smelly in the entrance and lounge area with a few hairs on the carpet. Near to all the amenities and entrance so ideal for the non drivers. Shop on site was spot on and the Oasis bar was good.Overall it was a nice retreat for the weekend and fair value for money.

The property had evetything we needed for our stay. Just 2 things that could be improved the matress could do with replacing and we would suggest to put an outside light if is just solar one.

Lovely little chalet equipped with everything you could need. Chalet was clean with 0 signs of mould and damp which is usually the case for chlaets and caravans near the seaside. Even though it didnt bother us too much, it is very dated. The fridge is on its last legs and doesnt really keep things cold. I didnt use the cooker so not sure if it was fully working. It is a pet friendly chalet and there was a damp musty smell from the carpet and sofas and they need to be cleaned or replaced. Holiday park has club house and swimming pool. Bus stop is right outside the park.

Very nice and relaxing had a great time. Only issue we found was the fridge would go off randomly and our milk would spoil. No data signal was a but of a hurdle as I needed to get some work finished but the cafe nearby was only a 5 minute walk so no dramas

Lovely park have stayed before and will go back. Lovely chalet and very quiet part of the park. Onsite club was good, food was above and beyond and very helpful and friendly. Beaches are amazing great for walking dogs.

Furniture ugly, old, small and uncomfortable. Teeny tiny basin in bathroom.Oven, also ancient.Entrance not very welcoming. Brown grass and gravel.

If your looking for an affordable place to stay that has everything you need & very clean, i recommend this chalet. Yes its basic accommodation but it was ideal for a small family who are out all day investigating the lovely area & just want a place to crash.

Nice clean property. Location on site meant that the music was unobtrusive. Added a visit to Horsey Gap, for a bit of seal watching.

Lovely chalet

The chalet is compact but really nice.Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Spotlessly clean too.Nice quiet site and a short walk to the beach. Not many places to eat especially if you have a dog but overall an enjoyable stay.
