In total, Villa Ondina can accommodate up to 10 guests, with 5 bedrooms distributed between the main house and the dépendance, which provides 2 additional sleeping places. On the ground floor of the villa, bright spaces welcome guests, featuring large windows overlooking the garden.

The living room, with fireplace and Smart TV, opens onto the dining area with a large convivial table. The modern, fully equipped kitchen combines contemporary lines with traditional materials. On this level, there is also one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room available for guests.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, an additional bathroom, and a panoramic terrace overlooking the hills and the Sibillini Mountains.

Completing the property is an independent annex with a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher.
