Welcome to AIR, a luxurious newly constructed villa in the stunning location of Calpe, an ideal destination for those seeking a modern and comfortable vacation experience. Upon entering AIR, you are greeted by a spacious and bright open-plan living room that radiates calm and luxury. The living area is furnished with modern and tasteful pieces, offering a generous space to relax. It is the perfect place to meet with friends or family, enjoy cozy moments, or simply rest in an elegant and spacious environment.



The American kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare your meals, from state-of-the-art appliances to practical utensils. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or an elaborate dinner, you'll have everything you need for a stylish culinary experience.



On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined or left separate). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with sink, Italian shower and WC.

All bedrooms in the villa have built-in closets, which allow you to store your belongings in an organized manner throughout your stay.



The fourth bedroom is located on the lower floor of the villa and is perfect for families. This spacious room is equipped with two bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers. It also has an en-suite bathroom with double sink, Italian shower, and WC.

The beautifully landscaped garden features a large 5x12 meter pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days or enjoying a good swim. The pool can be heated upon request, allowing comfortable use even in the cooler months. This area receives sunlight throughout the day, but you will also find shaded areas if you wish to avoid direct exposure.



For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, there is a Broil King barbecue in the garden, ideal for preparing delicious meals and enjoying the outdoors. In addition, the garden has a private pétanque (jeu de boules) track, perfect for a friendly competition or a fun time with family or friends. 1: Smoking and bringing pets to this house are not allowed.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

3: Parties are strictly prohibited.

4: A private accommodation is rented. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must replenish them yourself.

5: This accommodation is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional, but provides greater security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, do not hesitate to contact us!



Important information:

The pool can be heated upon request from April 1 to November 1. The cost is 25 € per day and begins on the day the pump is activated.
