The holiday home, which was built in 1994 and newly renovated in 2024, is situated on a spacious natural plot of 1575 square meters and offers all the facilities you could wish for a relaxing holiday.



With space for up to 6 people, this house is ideal for families or small groups. It offers three comfortable bedrooms: two with a double bed in each room, as well as a third bedroom with two single beds. This provides ample opportunity to find the perfect sleeping space for everyone.



The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower and underfloor heating, which makes it extra comfortable to step in on cold mornings. The house also has an extra guest toilet, which ensures that there are never long waiting times, even when everyone is home. In addition, there is an indoor hot tub next to the bathroom, where you can relax and enjoy some well-being after a long day.



For those who love to cook, the kitchen will be a true paradise. It is equipped with modern appliances such as an induction hob, oven, microwave and tumble dryer. There is also a a 40-liter refrigerator with freezer, so you can always have fresh ingredients and snacks at hand. Outside, you can enjoy a barbecue, perfect for cozy summer evenings with family and friends on the terrace.



The house also offers entertainment in the form of a television with both Danish and German TV, so you can follow your favorite programs. There is also wireless internet available, so you can stay in touch with the outside world or stream movies and series. A radio is also available for those who want to listen to music while relaxing.



Outside, children can play safely on the the grounds, where there are swings and a sandbox for hours of fun. The spacious terrace is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or a barbecue dinner while enjoying the fresh air.
