When I arrived on your property I had just finished a 12 hour drive coming down for a funeral. I walked into the office that had just been heavily sprayed with some kind of cleaning spray that had just been sprayed. I was given a room on the 3rd floor of a hotel and was told sorry our elevator doesn't work. I proceed to climb the stairs to the 3td floor and get inside my room to find multiple issues #1 no toilet paper in the room so I called down to have some brought up and instead of answering the phone they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. So I walk down stairs again to get some and the worker giggles and proceeds to tell me i should have called down and they would have brought me some. #2 there were big roaches (palmetto bugs) in my room. #3 the bathtub was full of other people's hair and clearly hadn't been cleaned. #4 the floor hadn't been mopped because in multiple spots there were spots with big giant stains on the floor where stuff had been spilled. #5 there was dried blood under the front corner of the fridge. #6 there was food left in the cabinets from the previous guest. #7 the TV did not work. #8 this kitchenette room has no pots, pans or dishes. So as im down getting toilet paper i say I'm not happy and want a different room to be told they are not giving me a different room. So I ask for a refund to be told no I've already checked in so I will not be issued a refund. Now I'm stuck in this disgusting room. Other guest are outside all night getting drunk being loud and setting off car alarms all night. The next morning I go down hoping to find a manager to be greeted with a note on the door that says to call a phone number for assistance. I call said number at 9am asking if someone can come get me some gloves and cleaning supplies so I can clean the shower to be laughed at and told I better go buy some because they don't come in till 10am. So now I have to provide supplies to clean my room. Again I say I want a refund to be told that's not their problem. So I go buy supplies and clean the bathtub so I can shower for my brother's funeral. When I get back to the hotel after the funeral I try to get assistance with the TV. Again I'm locked out of the office at 8pm so I call downstairs once I get in my room for them to keep picking up and hanging up on me again. So Sunday morning I go to check out and get my deposit back to a once again locked office with a note to call said number again for assistance. I call 6 times with no answer. My da

Es ist ein ordentliches Motel, sauber und ruhig, aber ohne das kostenlose Frühstück ist es schwierig, wenn man kein Auto hat oder kein Essen eingepackt hat. Die Snacks im Automaten sind viel zu teuer, 25 Dollar für eine 0,35-Liter-Flasche Wasser... Aber immerhin gibt es noch kostenlosen Kaffee aufs Zimmer, nur eben ohne Sahne und Zucker... Leute, der ist doch abgepackt, was soll schon dabei sein?!

Ich hatte ein Zimmer für das Wochenende gebucht und war begeistert, es makellos sauber vorzufinden, mit frischer Bettwäsche und einem herrlichen Duft im ganzen Zimmer. Das Badezimmer war mit ausreichend Handtüchern ausgestattet, und die Rezeptionistin war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieses Hotel für Langzeitaufenthalte kann ich meinen Freunden und meiner Familie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts hier wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt.
