Featuring a wood burning stove, you will be toasty warm during the winter. The ground floor has well-equipped kitchen and utility room with a WC, which opens on to an enclosed, west-facing sunny garden - ideal for children and your four-legged furry friend to play safely. The sitting room, with original beams, is full of character and boasts a Smart television plus a dining area with seating for four. The first floor is accessed by a Norfolk winder staircase - steep and narrow! Upstairs offers two bedrooms; the master bedroom holds a king-size bed and a walk-through to the second bedroom, a twin, with two 3ft single beds and contemporary wallpaper. The family bathroom offers a bath with a shower overhead. Parking is on-road, but you can usually locate a good spot in front of the cottage.

Blakeney is a very special North Norfolk village. A dream for sailors, birders, walkers and artists - there really is something for everyone here! The village is a maze of narrow streets and tiny, characterful quirky cottages with superb places to eat local produce, including delicious seafood. The picturesque harbour is always bustling with people gillying for crabs.
