The property is very well located just 500 metres from Pimer Muntanyar rocky beach and a pleasant 15-minute walk to the port area on one side and 20 minutes walking to Arenal Beach on the other. Additionally, it is surrounded by all services with a Mercadona supermarket just 10 metres away and next to a pharmacy and the famous restaurant La Siesta. The town is located 2 kilometres away and 5 km from the Montgó Natural Park, 54 km from the "Terra Mítica" theme park, 99 km from "El Altet Alicante" airport. It is situated in an ideal area for children and next to the sea.
