Located in the heart of nature on 2 hectares of peaceful land near a village of 40 inhabitants who are mostly active, which makes it possible to buy organic lambs, pork, eggs, homemade jams, nuts and many other foodstuffs on the farm.
.The house has a large living room with large bay windows overlooking nature and a fireplace for an outbreak during cool evenings, a small bedroom on the ground floor and 2 large bedrooms upstairs, one with bath and fireplace; a separate shower room and toilet on the ground floor; a terrace all around the house. a garden with flowers, a pond or the music of flowing water is an enchantment and a pond with Japanese carp playing hide and seek.
At 9 kms there is a grocery store, restaurant, bars, pharmacy, doctor and a local market on Friday morning.
30 kms away is the charming little town of Die with its Wednesday and Saturday market, its arthouse cinema, a very well-stocked bookstore and lots of small shops that you can explore as you wish.
.With regard to leisure there are hikes from the house, a swimming pool at 9 kms, swimming at 6 kms in rivers with polar charm, climbing, paragliding,

The village being set back, there is no internet; we are in a white zone; the house is free of all electro magnetic waves; this is the perfect opportunity to test your level of addiction to the Internet and to mobile phones; for the more addicted, know that at some place at the top of the village with sfr and orange you can communicate. there is a telephone booth on the village square. In luc en diois 9 km away there is wifi at the tourist office and the network for all operators. In general vacationers adapt very well to this constraint which in fact becomes a quality ........

Great place to experience the la Drôme

The house is spacious and with a lot of privacy. The interior has a unique interesting international vibe. Spacious living space and a lot of chill opportunities outside. In short we enjoyed our stay a lot!!

Great stay!

The house was exactly as advertised. Large living space, kitchen and several cute outside sitting areas. We loved spending a week here and enjoyed every moment in and om around the house in this beautiful part of France de la Drôme! By the way there is a great music selection!

Delightful Diois

My husband and I stayed in Miscon for a week in July. The house is in a beautiful, private location with stunning views across the valley. Although the house is in the country (which we love), it is an easy drive 9k to Luc en Diois which is a very nice small town with a good grocery store, pharmacy, cafes, post office and a small local market on Saturday morning and Tuesday evening in the summer. the house was very well equipped with good quality appliances in the kitchen. We loved the eclectic decor. The upstairs bedrooms are under dormers, so watch your head, but the bed in the upstairs master bedroom was very comfortable and the views were great. We ate most of our meals on the large terrace which is shaded by climbing roses and grape vines but has views across the valley as well. Charming! We loved the location because it was close to great hiking, which was the focus of our trip. Spectacular views hiking in The cirque d'archiane and Mt. Aiguille areas. We also drove south to Remuzat/St.Mays to see the vautors (sounds so much nicer than vultures) and they are spectacular. Well worth the trip. Totally different ecosystem. At that point you are just a few minutes drive from Provence. Great Sunday market in Saillans. The people in the Diois are very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and would love to return.

Un coin de paradis pour Pâques

Emplacement exceptionnel avec vue incroyable. Gîte à la décoration « voyage du monde » qui permet de totalement s’évader. Logement très fonctionnel. Si possible de rajouter des grandes tasses pour les buveurs de tisane :) sinon c’était parfait. Un grand merci !

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la magnifique maison de Sylvie. Située au-dessus du village, un peu à l'écart, la maison est nichée dans un écrin de verdure. La terrasse est très agréable, sur deux pans de la maison, ce qui permet de choisir la partie à l'ombre suivant le moment de la journée La literie est très bonne et la maison est parfaitement équipée. La vue sur les montagnes du Diois est superbe. Si vous souhaitez faire une escapade dans la région pour randonner et profiter des paysages, vous aurez un pied à terre parfait !

Prachtig huis, geweldige plek

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het huis van Sylvie. Het huis is heel erg mooi en fijn. De eigenaren hebben een fantastische smaak. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het was een warme week (rond de 30 graden), maar de nachten zijn redelijk koel, dus het was echt heel goed te doen. Erg leuke muziekcollectie inderdaad. Veel plekken om te zitten buiten, in de zon of in de schaduw. Goed contact met de eigenaar. Een absolute aanrader. Wij komen graag terug.

Dans la verdure

Cette maison est remarquablement située dans un endroit calme et sans vis-à-vis. Elle est très bien équipée et la pièce principale est exceptionnellement lumineuse et agréable. Au printemps on apprécie le chauffage par le sol. De nombreuses possibilités de promenade sur place. À noter que le pré attenant est pâturé de temps à autre par des moutons, gardés par deux patous qui font très bien leur travail ce qui dissuade quelque peu de profiter des espaces extérieurs. Mais c’est un détail d’autant que l’occupation par les moutons n’est pas permanente. Merci à Sylvie pour sa confiance et ses conseils. En résumé nous conseillons cette location sans hésitation.

Séjour très agréable dans un lieu très agréable !

La maison, fidèle à la description de l'annonce, est vraiment très agréable dans un site parfait pour se reposer et profiter de cette belle région ! Même en cas de forte chaleur les nuits sont fraiches et idéalles pour profiter d'un ciel étoilé incroyable !

Nous aimons des endroits calmes et sereins et cette maison a été parfaite pour nous. Des produits laitiers excellents à pied de la maison, un joli marché deux fois par semaine à 10min de voiture. Des jolies promenades à faire depuis la maison. On a hate de revenir!

Havre de paix

Excellent sejour reposant à souhait...la maison est idealement située d'une part avec sa vue imprenable et d'autre part nous pouvons empreinter un petit chemin de randonné accessible depuis la maison ce qui renforce se sentiment d'immersion et de communion avec la nature (j'y ai croisé 2 chevreuils au loin). Je recommande vivement cette destination et merci à l'hote Sylvie pour sa bienveillance.

Calme et beauté

Maison conçue avec beaucoup d'intelligence, agréable, qui donne l'impression d'être habitée. Plusieurs terrasses et lieux sur 2ha permettent de s'installer à sa guise selon l'humeur du moment, le vent, le soleil...une balade permet de monter depuis la maison jusqu'à 1500 m avec vue sur les Alpes et le Dévoluy. Visites de lavanderies, marchés, fabriques de vins et produits du terroir à proximité, baignades dans la Drôme accessibles en un quart d'heure à peine. Très bon séjour, nous recommandons!

Magnifique!!

C’est un vrai paradis. Dommage qu’on etait en plein canicule. A part de ca, vraiment, La Maison du Verger est une maison fantastique dans un coin incroyable. On espere d’y retourner.

Das Haus liegt in Alleinlage in einem wunderschönen und ruhigen Tal mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Ideal, um von dort aus das Vercor zu erkunden, oder um vor Ort los zu wandern. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und umfangreich, wer gerne kocht ist hier genau richtig! Wir haben besonders den Nachthimmel bewundert, so viele Sterne sieht man leider nicht mehr oft!

Charmante maison

Une très jolie maison accueillante au coeur d'une petite vallée et aux abords d'un village. La décoration, entre influences provencales et asiatiques est pleine de charme. La végétation, pergola et mare aux nénuphars est soignée et offre différents coins au soleil ou ombragés. Une maison et un coin du Diois qui nous ont séduits.

Quelle belle maison et quel bel endroit, Ganesh ne pouvait pas trouver un meilleur endroit pour s'épanouir. La maison est confortable, lumineuse et décorée avec gout , la vue est superbe et l'endroit propice aux activités montagnardes.

Une merveille

Ce fût un séjour ressourçant, tant le lieu est calme, joliment décoré, la musique, les livres, la vaisselle choisis avec goût, les chambres sont très agréables, la cuisine est bien équipée. La maison est accueillante. Les indications sont claires. Les échanges avec les personnes en chargent du logement se sont bien passés. Un lieu dont il faut prendre soin tant il est précieux de loger dans un bel endroit comme cette maison.

Les photos de la maison était la promesse d'un bel endroit, la réalité est bien supérieure ; belle maison avec une âme, belle vue, quiétude et le charme de la mare qui ajoute une touche supplémentaire..
