The bedrooms include a family room with double bed, extendable day bed, and en-suite walk-in shower room, a super king size with electric fire and en-suite walk in shower room, a double, and a twin which can be arranged as a king size on request. The bathroom has a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and there is also a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, the property offers an enclosed wrap-around garden with lawn and patio areas, and off-road parking for 4 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in rent. Note:A leat (small stream) runs alongside the house, in summer it is usually a small trickle, but the banks have loose rocks, uneven ground and trip hazards and is not suitable for walking along, and may be tempting for children to explore. Note: Horses and cows graze in nearby fields. Note: The right side of the AGA is switched off for the summer to keep the house cool, while the left side functions fully with an electric oven, grill, and four‑ring gas hob

Town: The ancient Stannary town of Ashburton lies on the southern slopes of Dartmoor and is an ideal spot from which to explore the rugged high moors to the North and a beautiful coastline to the South.
