The Space:

The Cider Barn is a lovely barn conversion situated close to the village of Teignmouth just thirteen miles from Torbay in South Devon. The cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one twin together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private courtyard with garden and furniture. Please note: There are no TV's in bedrooms. The Cider Barn is a lovely property for use as a base to explore this lovely part of the country. Please note: The property accepts 7 night bookings only, during school Summer holidays, half term periods and Easter. Please note: The property accepts a minimum of 3 nights outside the above periods.



The Neighborhood:

The historic, seaside town of Teignmouth is situated in South Devon on the mouth of the Teign estuary and boasts a working harbour, sandy beach, Victorian pier, sailing club, diving centre and sea activity centre. The seaward side of the town is known as ‘the Den’ and has elegant Georgian buildings, a large public area with lawns, play areas, tennis courts, a bowling green, and a miniature lighthouse.
