There is an additional shower room located on the ground-floor. The interior is complete with an impressive kitchen/dining room, a sitting room and a sun room. Outside there is a multi-level garden with a terrace and lawned area featuring a solar panelled heated outdoor swimming pool available from Mid May to September. Off-road parking is available for three cars. Barnsley House is a fantastic choice for any celebration in the South of Devon. Note: There is a log burner in the property which is available between September to March - Owner will provide a fuel welcome hamper and locations to purchase additional kiln dried logs.
