The interior and facilities of the house:This newly built holiday home impresses with its stylish architecture, open plan and large windows that provide a wonderful influx of light. Here you will get high comfort with well-chosen facilities such as a wellness area with indoor sauna, hot tub and a delicious outdoor spa. Every detail has been taken care of here and the house caters to both discerning adults and families with children. Among other things, the house's loft can be mentioned, which functions as a youth section and lounge area with beanbags and TV - optimal for many hours of entertainment, while you can relax in front of the wood-burning stove and enjoy the peace and quality of the house. Start the day with a cup of coffee on the large wooden terrace, which wraps around several sides of the house and provides both sun, shade and shelter. Spend the day enjoying the view, sunbathing or cooling off with a refreshing drink before lighting the barbecue for a cozy dinner under the open sky. There is a play tower, sandbox and shelter with 4 sleeping places, so if the day is not spent on a trip to, for example, Fårup Sommerland, the North Sea or one of the surrounding holiday towns, there is plenty of opportunity to relax at home! You can also spend the day with several dips in the spacious hot tub, where there is room for the whole family.The house is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed.Important Note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any extras. Final charges will be based on actual consumption and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out. • Lost items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are to be dropped off and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property.
