Details about the house:Holstvej 21 consists of 2 buildings, with a total of 12 people in addition to baby(s). One building is the farmhouse, where you enter the house's large and bright entrance hall with a bathroom on the left and access to the 1st floor. From the entrance hall you access the fantastic kitchen-dining room and the living rooms, which really make up the heart of the house. Here you have access to the large garden and terrace area, as well as a beautiful extra living room with a large window, where it is ideal to stretch out and enjoy the view and the holiday. On the first floor of the farmhouse you will find an extra bathroom and 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, as well as a landing and walk-in closet. There is a dishwasher in the large kitchen, but not in the extension's kitchen. In the second building there is an activity room with billiards, darts and a bar, and in addition a kitchen and bathroom and 1 bedroom with 1 sofa bed for 1 person + 1 single bed. On the 1st floor of the building there is a living room and 2 bedrooms with double beds + in one of the rooms there is a cot in the size up to 10 years in addition to the double bed. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the 1st floor - in one of the farmhouse's bathrooms on the ground floor the towel warmer is used as heating and there is also a wood-burning stove in the kitchen-dining room. Holstvej 21 is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed. Lots of opportunities for experiences and free entrance to the adventure park:With the large garden and terrace area with sandbox, swings, grill and garden furniture as well as the beautiful living rooms and activity room, there is plenty of opportunity for lots of fun, coziness and relaxation on holiday in the house itself. In addition, both the town of Blokhus and the impressive North Sea are within a radius of just 1000 meters. And as an extra bonus, you get free access to the newly built FunArt, which contains an activity park, playground, concerts, street art, ceramics, restaurant and 15 cool holiday apartments. In addition, Fårup Sommerland and Jambo Feriepark are a few minutes' drive away.Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any additional services.
