The flat comprises two living areas. Upon entering the property, on the left, you find a mezzanine-style loft comprising the first living room with a sofa and an open-plan kitchen; continuing through the flat, you come to the first double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Also from the entrance, continuing straight ahead, you reach the second living area, which features two sofas, a desk, a large dining table and an open-plan kitchen. The living room features two balconies overlooking the narrow streets of Palermo. From the living room, you enter the second double bedroom, comprising a living area with a sofa that converts into two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. An elegant iron staircase leads to the upper floor, which features a living area with two coffee tables. From here, you enter the other two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and one with a bath.



*The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding parking lots and enjoying the historic center on foot.
