Villa Cottone is immersed in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, it is positioned on a hill from which it is possible to admire the picturesque location of Capo Zafferano

Palermo Paradise

We stayed at this lovely home during our visit to Sicily. The home is impeccable and offers everything you need. The pool was a highlight to both the adults and children! The home was very comfortable and each bedroom has their own bathroom (a real plus). We were a party of 9 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all of us, both inside and outside. The proprietors are lovely people and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful House and Host!

A group of seven of us stayed at the villa. It worked perfectly for all of us to have our own rooms and bathrooms! Lia, our host was amazing to work with and she helped us secure transportation and even helped with getting groceries delivered to the villa! She definitely went above and beyond. We enjoyed our stay here! Thank you, Lia for all of your help and for putting up with us!

The house is very big and suited our family very well. The bedrooms are big, each has a bathroom w/shower. There is a big balcony, accessible from the two master bedrooms. The view from there is lovely, especially in the evening watching the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed most of our meals from the dining table outside. The pool is fantastic and our kids just loved it! The house is very well situated between Palermo og Chefalú, and we also paid Corleone a visit. We had a fantastic holiday - thanks Lia & co

Family Holiday

Nice place, and nice staff, who are good at informing. and following up. But including electricity consumption should have been more realistic. Use, only 3 heat pumps, in the evening night for cooling, still it was 140 euros extra in electricity in a week.

Ciao Born, siamo contenti che voi abbiate trascorso una piacevole vacanza nella nostra casa. Ci dispiace leggere la vostra insoddisfazione in merito al consumo dell'energia. Il costo extra che avete pagato è probabilmente da attribuire ad un consumo eccessivo, così come rilevato la mattina del vostro check out; abbiamo visto che tutte le luci esterne erano accese, le luci all’interno della piscina, quelle dei lampioni attorno alla piscina e quelle del viale. Premesso che 100 kW/h sono gratuiti, abbiamo scelto di non includere il costo extra della luce nel prezzo dell’affitto, in quanto riteniamo opportuno lasciare a ciascun ospite la libertà di utilizzo. Durante i nostri dieci anni di esperienza abbiamo maturato la scelta di fare pagare l’effettivo consumo ritenendo questa la soluzione ottimale senza mai ricevere nessuna lamentela.

Amazing Villa Experience

We recently stayed at this villa and it exceeded our expectations. The hosts were gracious and welcoming from beginning to end and we felt at home immediately. As a large group of family and friends traveling with a toddler, the villa provides all essential amenities and a family-oriented environment. The villa is in a ideal location for traveling to other locales for day trips but you will need a car. It is also very quiet and well maintained and we loved having private bathrooms for each room. Thank you for the lovely stay, we are very appreciative of your warm hospitality and will treasure this experience forever!

Cugini in Sicilia

Upon arrival we were greeted by the wonderful host family sharing their beautiful home with us for the week. The home had every amenity we could ask for and was amazingly comfortable and convenient in every way. The home is perfect for a family gathering as we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday dinner outside for 11 people. The out door kitchen was a joy to cook in and everyone loved the pool and soaked up the sun in the chase lounges. We could not ask for a better experience and would definitely come back and stay here again! Thank you so much for making our stay in Sicily more than we could have asked for

Perfect for familytime !

Villa Cottone was a very nice stay for our family and to celebrated my birthday with my children and granchildren. Lia arranged a sicilian chef to prepare an excellent diner at the villa. We enjoyed it. The house was very clean, the rooms and the beds very comfortable, it was pure luxe to have our own private bathroom. It was pitty that you always needed a car to go somewhere, there was nothing to do in the neighbourhood. But nevertheless we had a very plesant stay at the villa ! Thank you Lia and your parents!

Exceeded Expectations

Villa Cottone è bellissima!!! Our family of 8 adults and one 3- year old thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our week-long stay. The Cottone Family is extremely accommodating, responsive and helpful. Each bedroom has its own bath, and the common areas (lanai, outdoor dining porch, POOL) were great for our large family. Lia arranged for a local chef to give us a cooking lesson in Sicilian cuisine…in the outdoor kitchen…and then served what we helped make- it was an evening we will never forget. Our new friends at Royal Polllo, an easy five minute walk from the villa, also offer a wonderful selection of take away meals and, of course, gelato. We loved everything about it-book it NOW!!!

Beautiful Stay at Villa Cottone!

From the initial process of booking the property up until the day we checked out, our hosts Salvatore, Lia and Fabiola were incredible! Responsive, attentive and incredibly kind to all of us! They felt like family! This is a beautiful, authentic Italian home filled with everything you need to relax and unwind. The pool was gorgeous and clean and the beds were so comfortable. We all enjoyed the gitoni table! The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Walking distance to a fantastic restaurant/takeout place with tavola calda called Royal. On the last night I asked our host to coordinate a private chef to come to the villa and cook us dinner. It far exceeded our expectations! Food was incredible and the chef and his helper were amazing! I highly recommend this property and would definitely love to visit again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

A very memorable stay at Villa Cottone!

We are a family of 8 adults and came to stay at Villa Cottone for just over a week at the beginning of September. The Villa is lovely and well equipped with 2 kitchens and plenty of outdoor seating areas. All bedrooms have ensuites with shower gels and hand wash and good quality towels which were a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool is a good size and quite deep. It would have been good to have some rails to hold onto, especially at the deep end. A car is essential if you are staying here. We hired a car from the airport and were able to do a number of trips to Palermo, Cefalu, Agrigento, Segasta, Erice and Trapani. When we arrived we were welcomed by family members. Although we didnt meet our host Lia until check out day we were always able to easily contact her via our mobile and she was very helpful with everything. We appreciated this. We all enjoyed our stay at Villa Cottone. Sicily is a beautiful place to visit.

En drømme-villa.

Vi feiret fars 70 årsdag, og var i alt 9 voksne mennesker på ferie i denne romslige villaen i en uke. Vi var veldig godt fornøyd med bolig og omgivelser. Rent og ryddig over alt. Vi var spesielt positivt overasket over svømmebassenget som hadde stupebrett og var stort nok for svømmeturer og stup. Vertskap var svært vennlige og imøtekommende. Vi kan anbefale stedet !

Excellent venue for family holiday

Our experience started on arrival with a very professional and friendly reception with a wonderful homemade lunch and wine from the region. This continued throughout our stay in this wonderfully equipped villa. Our host was very attentive to our needs giving excellent guidance on the locality and answering all our queries very quickly both before our arrival and during our stay. All facilities were first class and the pool enjoyed by all three generations of our family. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone wishing to stay in this region, and we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Phenomenal VILLA and a fantastic host.

On arrival at even 23.00 hrs delicious food has been offered to our family. To celebrate my 70th Birthday we spend one week (20th - 27th April) with my kids and grandchilldren in this really beautiful vila. We enjoyed ourselves very much, especially the extraordinary swimming-pool was a tourist attraction for the kids. The vila was fully-equipped with furniture and moreover very useful information available in order to visit special places in the neighbourhood and even a list of specific Italian Restaurants was available. We all enjoyed this week very much and recommend this Country House to everybody. Fam. Blijdorp from the Netherlands.

Real nice villa , exactly as the picture show .Exceptionally clean ,

We left Villa Cottone yesterday , really nice house , exactly as described and pictured on the website, even be better in reality. Every thing in the house works. The house is in a quiet residential area and very private with secure on site parking .There are great sea views from bedroom balconies. Lia and her family welcomed us with a detailed introduction to the property and to the area and with a typical Sicilian lunch . We were 8 adults and 3 small children. Great fun making Pizzas in the Pizza oven. Check in and check out was trouble free . I have no hesitation recommending Villa Cottone . Nice villages nearby.

Beautiful Villa

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Cottone and I am severely missing our time there. The location/surroundings are absolutely stunning, the Villa itself is well maintained and it was a joy to live in throughout our stay. I cannot stress enough how much I wish I was back there. You would need to hire a car to get to nearby beaches, towns and would be advised to prepare for a "no rules" approach when it comes to driving on Sicilian roads. The owners of the Villa were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Thank you once again ever so much for our stay.

Toller Urlaub, schönes Haus, wirklich herzliche und zu jeder Zeit erreichbare Vermieter

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool war das Highlight . Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und fast zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Anbindung an die Autobahn ist sehr günstig. Wir waren mit 9 Personen da und man konnte sich wirklich aus dem Weg gehen wenn notwendig. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Bad. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet.Wir haben eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche dort verbracht

Wunderschönes großes Haus

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von sieben Leuten da, wurden sehr freundlich und warm von Lia und ihrer Familie empfangen. Das Haus ist großzügig und sauber und überalls, draußen am Pool auf der Terrasse und auch im Wohnzimmer sind reichlich bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Mein Lieblingsplatz war die wunderbare Hängematte. Der Blick von der Terrasse war ein Traum Wir sind in dieser Gruppe schon einige Male verreist und einige in der Guppe waren der Meinung, dass es das schönste Haus bisher war. Das einzige was nicht perfekt war, war, dass es inder Küche zu wenige Fläche gab, um zum Beispiel was zu schneiden. Daran, dass ich darüber überhauot was schreibe erkennt man wie zufrieden wir waren. Vielen Dank noch mal an Lia und ihre Familie für die schöne Zeit in ihrem Haus.

Never wanted to leave this great villa

Just returned from a weeks stay at Villa Cottone. Lia and her family are great hosts and were more than willing to help with any questions we had about the villa or the area. The welcome lunch set out for us was fantastic and the villa was more than big enough for our group of eight . The outdoor lounging area and pool are fantastic for relaxing and the outdoor kitchen is a great feature when preparing large meals for the whole group. Our family will have wonderful memories to cherish. I would stay here again no questions asked.

Fantastisch zwembad

Warm ontvangst met zelfs een heerlijke lunch. Mooi groot huis. Slaapkamers met airco en eigen badkamer. De buitenkeuken en de barbeque waren een uitkomst. Groot zwembad direct aan het terras. Heerlijk vakantiehuis met voldoende schaduw.

Très belle villa et grande piscine

Cette villa est parfaite pour passer des vacances dans le nord de la Sicile entre Palerme et Cefalù! Moins touristique que la côte Est, cette villa est idéale pour le calme et l'amusement en famille avec une grande piscine de 12,5 m x 5 m ! Enfin, les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentionnés envers leurs hôtes: ils nous avaient préparé un buffet d'accueil sicilien, sont venus nettoyé la piscine entre les 2 semaines de location et se sont adaptés à nos horaires d'arrivée/départ !
