Estuary Watch is a five-bedroom architectural home in the charming village of Lelant. Light-filled and beautifully equipped, some of its stand-out features include fabulous furnishings, two water-view balconies, plenty of parking, and a private, enclosed garden. One dog is welcomed, and being mere minutes from Porthkidney Sands means long sandy walks can be enjoyed all year round. St Ives, Carbis Bay, and Hayle are minutes by car making the area's restaurants, shops, beaches and walks, all within easy reach.

On the home's upper ground floor, you'll find a sweeping, triple-aspect open-plan living space, a spacious modern kitchen and a generous dining area. A large leather corner sofa and two armchairs are arranged around a Smart TV, and there are sliding doors leading out to a furnished balcony, with far-reaching views towards the estuary and beyond. Upstairs, the first floor has two top-notch en-suite bedrooms. A dramatic master suite with vaulted ceilings, a walk-through wardrobe, and an estuary-facing private balcony; and a serene second bedroom with a Juliet balcony that showcases the same fabulous views.

The lower ground floor has a large, contemporary family bathroom, a beautiful twin, and a gorgeous bedroom with a king size bed. The king size has zip and link mattresses which can be separated into two singles to offer flexibility to all guest parties. The third bedroom on this floor has a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a big dressing room with a dressing table and a stool.

Outside, the enclosed garden is a lovely place for relaxation and making the most of the sunshine. Laze on the lawn with a good book, gather at the table for fresh air dining, and let the kids burn off their excess energy on the trampoline before the grown-ups enjoy an Aperol Spritz as the sun sets. For wet-weather entertaining, the garage houses a ping pong table.

Spend your days swimming, surfing or sunbathing at Hayle Towans, Porthmeor, Porthminster, Carbis Bay or Gwithian. Golf enthusiasts will love how close West Cornwall Golf Club is too - a challenging course with exceptional sea views across St Ives Bay. On the opposite coast, the attractions of Mounts Bay include St Michaels Mount in Marazion, Polgoon Vineyard outside Penzance, and the pretty harbour village of Mousehole.

e ask our guests for a £500 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

1 pet accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
