The weekly rental includes a comprehensive range of services, among them gas and water consumption, towels, bed linen, final cleaning, and electricity usage up to 150 Kwh per week. A mid-week change of bath towels is provided, along with a weekly change of bed linen and pool towels, as well as a weekly tidy-up of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms lasting approximately 2 hours. A welcome basket filled with typical local products is included upon arrival, as is a baby cot. Check-in is available between 16:00 and 21:00, while check-out must take place between 08:00 and 10:00. Late arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 are possible only if agreed in advance and are subject to an additional charge payable on site upon arrival. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with a flexible changeover day, except during the period from 25 July to 21 August, when changeover is on Saturday only. Pets are not permitted at the property. A refundable damage deposit of 300 euros is payable on site. At the time of booking, guests are required to pay separately a tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night, excluding children up to 12 years of age, applicable for a maximum of 7 nights.
