Quietly located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey apartment building with a private balcony, this charming holiday escape enjoys a peaceful sea view and is just a short stroll from the local beach.

The property has a retro style featuring a striking tiled floor throughout and thoughtfully chosen vintage furniture and artworks. The living room opens out onto a balcony and is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa and a flatscreen TV. The separate eat-in kitchen is equipped with: a breakfast table, a Moka coffee machine, a microwave, a cooker hob, a dishwasher, and a fridge freezer.

Outside, guests can soak up the views and fresh sea breeze with an evening aperitif or morning coffee.

The apartment is situated in Cavi, a relaxed seaside district of Lavagna on the Riviera di Levante in Liguria, 45 minutes east of the grand palaces and historic port of Genoa, between Sestri Levante and Lavagna (both a 7-minute drive).

Cavi is especially loved for its long sandy beach (a 1-minute walk) and laid-back atmosphere, but also makes an excellent base for exploring the surrounding coastline. Sestri Levante\'s Baia del Silenzio (Bay of Silence), with its tranquil sandy shores and the lively Baia delle Favole (Bay of Fairy Tales) framed by pastel-coloured buildings and fishing boats, are both a 7-minute drive away.

Other popular excursions include a trip to the colourful fishing village of Camogli (a 35-minute drive), the iconic harbour at Portofino (a 45-minute drive), or the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Cinque Terre, with its colourful cliffside villages and scenic hiking trails (a 1-hour drive away).
