all your culinary needs, and the unit also includes a washing machine
for added convenience, ensuring a seamless self-catering stay. The
lounge area is perfect for relaxing on plush seating while enjoying
your favourite shows on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Guests also
have access to a dedicated workspace with internet connectivity, ideal
for remote work or study.
Enjoy a restful night’s sleep on a comfortable queen-size bed, complete
with side tables and soft lighting. The bathroom features a shower,
toilet, and basin, with fresh towels and crisp linen provided for your
stay.
The Four Seasons Apartment building offers a fully equipped fitness
centre and a shared outdoor rooftop pool, both complemented by sweeping
panoramic views of the city and Table Mountain—perfect for relaxing and
taking in the scenery. Guests also benefit from 24-hour security
throughout the building, ensuring peace of mind during their stay. The
apartment includes one secure designated parking bay, with additional
street parking available nearby.
The District Six Memorial Museum is 250 metres from the apartment,
while Castle of Good Hope and the Two Oceans Aquarium are approximately
2.5km away. The Fugard Theatre is just a 5-minute walk, and the city
centre is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. With an abundance of

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
Please note that there are incomplete building works adjacent to the property, which may partially obstruct the view. Although this may affect certain sightlines, it does not impact the overall comfort or quality of your stay.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
