Great house!

This was the perfect house for us! Great kitchen, plenty of space, and soooo close to the beach! And the nicest outdoor shower I’ve seen in a while! Highly recommend.

Exceeded our expectations

This has been a challenging year for most of us and we were looking forward to a relaxing week at the beach. We wanted to find a new, modern, premium oceanfront property. This is it! The home is fantastic and Steve was very attentive and communicated with us throughout the process. The pictures on VRBO obviously show a nicely decorated and upscale property but the place is even nicer in person. We would definitely return! Had a great week. Thanks Steve.

Lovely house and beach, conveniently located

The house provided everything our family needed and was conveniently located between Kure and Carolina beaches. Luckily, none of us minded being woken up at 7:15 every morning to construction on both sides of the house! I'd rent the house again in the future (knowing that houses on either side will be completed.)

Great property. Clean and completely updated.

Incredible view from both decks. All high end finishes throughout the property. Great beach access and views from own private walkout. Owner is willing to accommodate all request and work for your best interest. I have stayed at properties all over the world and this property just makes you feel like your are at home.

Great property but cleaning crew needs to do a better job

This would have been a 5 Star review but the home was not the cleanest when we arrived. Also owner needs to put rug pads under area rugs to keep people from having them slide out from underneath themselves.

Very nice accommodations and very well equipped.

This place is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you will need. But perhaps the best part is the property owner and his prompt responses to inquiries and attention to detail. The access to the beach is about the easiest I have ever enjoyed. About 50 steps down the deck walkway out your back door to an area that is not crowded.
