Great spot!

Perfect location for us, older teens were able to walk to all the excitement of the boardwalk & beach, and we loved sitting on the porch at the end of the day watching volleyball at the court across the street!

Loved our stay. Hosts were great with communication and we had everything we needed. Kids loved little toy kitchen. Great location so close to beach and boardwalk. Quiet and peaceful and very clean. We ll be back!

My daughter and friend stayed here for graduation gift and they loved it!! It’s extremely quaint, easy to get around, and spacious enough for a small group. Very clean, very friendly hosts!

I've been to CB in the past so I knew the location I wanted to stay in, and this house didn't disappoint. Easy walk to all the stops, boardwalk, bars and restaurants. But the owners were amazing with communication, helpful and offered little extras. I will definitely be using them for my future trips.

Needs work. Floors heaving up although owner addressed it immediately A possible mold or ventilation issue. All three guest experiencing respiratory issues while in the hoise. Owners responding to this after our departure

Quick weekend

The location of the Pink house is perfect! The Boardwalk is just a block away, there is no reason to get in the car. The house was comfortable and cozy. We did take the car for a North End beach day, so relaxing!

Great place

A very nice house. Within walking distance of the beach and a lot of shops and resturants. Plenty if room, especially for the two of us. Would book this house again.

Excellent beach cottage with everything you need!

The Pink Cottage was just perfect for our stay. It is decorated beautifully and fully equipped. The host was very helpful. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Pink cottage

Always a great location and pleasant stay. Our 4th time with these property owners/managers and they are great to work with. Cottage has everything we needed.

10 out of 10 definitely recommend

We stayed a block from the board walk. The house is the perfect size for two people but had room for a family or two couples. Conveniently located. Walking distance to anything you may want or need. Very comfortable. Owners were very informative and offer a quieter place for beach access which is a hidden gem of a benefit. The washer and dryer are great and work VERY well. Make sure you pack some pantry items if you plan to cook. Not complaining just informing. Also if you need a cutting board bring one. Everything else you need is there. Great place and great owners. I’m definitely rebooking for next year with these folks.

Fall Beach Getaway

Excellent trip. Excellent host. Beautiful remodel on a very nice small property that is walkable to the beach, the boardwalk and many restaurants and bars.

We have always placed an emphasis on health and safety for our guests. I personally inspect and help clean kitchens and guest rooms for cleanliness. A high standard of cleanliness is in my DNA.
The COVID-19 pandemic has required us to raise our demanding standards to an even higher level with new protocols for the current circumstances.
When guests check into our homes over the next few months, they will notice a number of additions to our cleaning regimen designed to set an even higher standard of cleanliness as well as modifications to protocols developed to be consistent with recommended social distancing guidelines.
We don’t know when the COVID-19 pandemic will be over or when our lives will return to some sort of normalcy. But we want our guests to know that we are ready to welcome them back to a safe and clean environment.
