It is located in the “historical” part of Civezza. A complete renovation combines the original vaults and stone walls with an exquisite modern architectural design. Three roof top terraces offer breathtaking views and are ideal for outdoor dining. From the ground floor a wide spiral staircase leads to the first floor.
The first floor consists of a dining room, which opens on one side to a living room and on the other side to a modern well-equipped kitchen with its original brick ceiling. The kitchen opens on a small patio and has a separate pantry. A bedroom with a double bed and adjacent bathroom is also available.
The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms 2 of them each with two single beds (that
can be turned into double beds) and two bathrooms, a master bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the terrace. A spacious living room with a safa bed for 2 opens on the house’s largest terrace where a dining table, an exotic variety of cactuses and a protective veil creates an exclusive and intimate atmosphere
The third floor offers a panoramic terrace with a 360 degree spectacular view of Civezza and the Mediterranean Sea. a second and third terrace ideal for a tanning session in full privacy . The house has 2 private parking spage at 500 meters or publical parking at 50 meter

Une maison accueillante, très confortable et bien équipée, particulièrement bien adaptée à notre semaine de vacances entre amis! Merci à Monica pour sa gentillesse et à Franco pour son extrême disponibilité! Un village avec une âme et de magnifiques randonnées dans les environs… on reviendra!!!!

Bella Italia im idyllischen Dorf Civezza auf dem Berg
Wir haben die Zeit genossen, konnten schöne Spaziergänge mit unseren Hunden rund um das Dorf machen! Der Gastgeber Franco war immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich zu uns! Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und bietet jeden Comfort! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und irgendwie wie zuhause! Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Liebe Grüsse an unseren Gastgeber Franko!

Huis op de berg
Mooi gerestaureerd huis, zeer proper, zeer goede keukenuitrusting met genoeg potten en pannen, servies en glaswerk en bestek.
Vriendelijke mensen in het dorp, eigenlijk alles wat je nodig had om een lekker maal te bereiden, was in het dorp verkrijgbaar. Ook 2 leuke restaurants waar we lekker en redelijk goedkoop gegeten hebben. Een aanrader!

Perfetto! Amata Civezza!
Wir hatten zu sechst - zwei Erwachsene und vier Jugendliche, eine ganz wunderbare Zeit! Ein sehr hübsches und großzügiges Haus in einem bezaubernden, sehr gepflegten Bergort, der mit Pizzeria, Ristorante und zwei Minimärkten alles hat, was man benötigt, selbst wenn man den Ort nicht verlassen wollen würde. Während unseres Aufenthalts durften wir dem ‚Festa della Luna‘ beiwohnen und hatten einen großartigen Abend mit Livemusik auf vier verschiedenen Bühnen, tollem Essen und jeder Menge Getränkeständen. Ganz Civezza war mit Olivenzweigen und Fackeln geschmückt und es wurde bis spät in die Nacht hinein gefeiert.
Das Meer liegt nur eine 4km lange, kurvige Abfahrt entfernt, die jeder/m Radfahrenden große Freude bereitet. Zum Shoppen und Flanieren laden Sanremo und Imperia ein, und wenn man es ruhiger mag, finden sich unzählige, romantische Bergdörfer in der nahen Umgebung.
Im Haus fehlt es einem an nichts, drei Terrassen laden zum Verweilen ein, vier Schlafzimmer inklusive Bädern, zwei Wohnzimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit großem Essbereich bieten Platz für alle und auch für Ruhe. Zu Beginn verliefen wir uns fast im Haus. :)
Den Fernseher haben wir nicht in Betrieb nehmen können, brauchten ihn aber auch nicht. Bei Fragen aller Art standen uns Franco (spricht italienischund englisch) und Monica (italienisch, deutsch, französisch) jederzeit und sehr freundlich zur Verfügung! Wir verließen Civezza mit Tränen in den Augen und empfehlen das Haus von Herzen weiter!

Das Haus ist großzügig, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen.

Super verblijf op een goede lokatie
Hele fijne woning op een toplokatie in een prachtig dorpje vlak bij zee. De woning is schoon en groter dan de foto’s laten zien. In de woning is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijk verblijf. Communicatie ter plaatste heel prettig. Een aanrader!

Schönes Ferienhaus mitten in Civezza
Das Ferienhaus liegt inmitten von Civezza in der via dante 21 und besitzt 3 Etagen. Zwei kleine Einkaufsläden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Civezza ist charmantes Bergdorf, dass vom Tourismus lebt und ein Restaurant und eine Pizzeria hat (beide sehr empfehlenswert). Zum Strand fährt man mit dem Auto oder dem Marebus - zu Fuß ist es zu weit. In San Lorenzo findet man auch in der Hochsaison kostenlose Parkplätze und läuft dann etwa 10 min zu schönen Sandstränden, die auch kostenlos sind. Erwähnenswert ist noch, dass sich das 1. und 2. Geschoss, in denen sich die Schlaf- und Aufenthaltsräume befinden, im Sommer stark erwärmen und es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Franco und Monica waren jedoch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden gerne an den Urlaub zurückdenken.

Schönes sehr individuelles Haus
Tolles Haus über 3 Etagen mit Bad zu jedem der 4 Schlafzimmer. Küche mit allen Geräten und reichlich Geschirr und Besteck. Auch für 8 Personen ausreichend. Franco und Monica sind immer erreichbar und helfen sofort wenn man ein Problem hat.
Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf abseits von Imperia und ca. 10 min von der Küste, so wie auch beschrieben. War wirklich schön und wiederholenswert.

liebevoll restauriertes Haus mit origineller Aufteilung
sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in einer kleinen auf einem Berg gelegenen Stadt, alles ist neu und großzügig. Der Verwalter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen.

Having just celebrated our wedding in Civezza my wife and I can't speak
highly enough of the village and its residents. The village is beautiful
and perfectly located just 5 minutes from the coast but off the main
drag and therefore very quiet. All 70 guests enjoyed their accommodation
and the team in Civezza, lead by Franco Perri couldn't do enough for us.
The whole thing was put together for a relatively low cost but felt like
a 5 star experience. With groups splitting the cost of their
accommodation over the week the value for money in most cases was
astonishingly good. Most importantly every guest left with a new
favourite place with everyone promising to return to visit. We were all
made to feel very special by everyone in the village. The guys in the
bar worked their socks off as did the team in the restaurant, the cinque
torri. The food in the restaurant was first class as was the service
which was a theme throughout the week. They actually thanked us for
choosing Civezza, the truth is it is Civezza that deserves all the
thanks. It was something we will never forget for all the right reasons.
Michelle and I can't thank you enough for everything you did for us
mate. It was honestly the best experience of our lives. It really was
perfect in every way and you played a massive part in what was a great
success. If you ever need anything from us please let us know as we are
forever in your debt.
Hopefully we will see you soon.

An amazing Week in an amazing Location!!
We couldn't have wished for a better location to spend an amazing week in Civezza. The house has everything you could possibly need and more! We spent some fantastic nights eating and entertaining on the balcony and gazing at the fireflys... and some beautiful days sunbathing and enjoying the views!! Thank you so much to all of the people in Civezza for making our stay so special and we look forward to returning again in the near future.

A nice discovery
Thank you Franco. Civezza was a neally nice discovery. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Civezza is a very nice picturesque village and the house was really astonishing.
