Peace 3 bed gîte

This gîte is set in the heart of wine country, surrounded by countryside, and grape vines, but only 5 minutes from the town.

We have 2m long beds in every room, even the single! All bedding and towels are provided for your stay. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

Bathroom composes of a shower and sink, toilet is in a separate room next to it.

Lounge has tv with Amazon prime, dvd player, wifi and games and books for your stay.

Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

In the garden there is a private outdoor, unheated swimming pool, large garden with swings and slide. We have a small orchard with cherry, peach and plum trees which you can pick when in season. There is a small terrace outside the gate with seating and a bbq.

The town is 5 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk and has 2 bakeries, a butcher, small shop, bar/tabac and pharmacy. There is a l’occasion winery where you can buy and test their local produce including Pinneau, a local delicacy only made in the Charente-Maritime and the Charente.

There are many local swimming lakes in close proximity to the gite with beaches and water activities, a geocaching location, and plenty of beautiful chateaus and towns to visit.

We are located between St Emilion a beautiful town famous for its town and macarons, Cognac known for its brandy and Bordeaux. Bordeaux airport is 45 minutes from us and easy to access on the N10.

We live on site totally separate to gîte.
