The dining room sits at the other end of the living room. There is a large dining table and seating for eight people.

Kitchen
Kitchen with fridge, freezer, 5 burner gas hob, large oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Nespresso coffee machine (takes small pods - a pack will be provided).

Courtyard Garden
There is an enclosed garden with an outdoor rainfall shower and a sauna. Outdoor table and chairs and plenty of space for storing bikes.

First floor
Bedroom One (Back)
Sleeps 2, with Double bed, side tables, lamp, chest of drawers and hanging rail.

Bathroom

Large bathroom with free standing bath tub and separate shower cubicle, basin. The WC is directly next door to the bathroom.

Bedroom Two (Front), en-suite shower room
Sleeps 2, with King size bed, bedside tables, lamp and hanging rail. En-suite shower room with walk in rainfall shower (also handheld shower hose), WC and basin.

Second Floor
Bedroom Three (Back)
Sleeps 2, with two single beds and chest of drawers.

Sleeps 2, with Double bed, bedside tables, hanging rail.

Parking
Parking for one car (or two small cars) on the driveway at the front of the house. Free on street parking along the road.

Accessibility
The house is spread across three floors. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first and second floors. It would not suit anyone who cannot manage stairs.
The stairs themselves are not steep, have a handrail on one side and a carpet runner.

Things you need to know
Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am
Bed linen and towels are provided, no beach towels so please bring these for your beach days
Nespresso coffee machine, one pack of pods provided. It takes the small Nespresso pods that can be found in most supermarkets.
There is a garden with a table and chairs, sauna and outdoor shower. The sauna must be used at guests own risk and care must be taken when in use.
Wi-Fi access is suitable for home working
Central heating throughout
There is a washing machine in the kitchen, please bring pods with you
A starter pack of sundries such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid and hand soaps are provided to get you started, but you may wish to bring more for your self catering holiday - especially if staying for over a week

House Rules
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful home.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
