Fan-tas-tic !

Had the best time in this absolutely gourgeous, homely, comfortable, beautiful place. A wonderfully situated house. Comfy beds and showers. Great bath... Near shops, restaurants and the beach! Would definitely recommend staying!

Gorgeous cottage in the very best of location

We 3 ladies ( two of whom had never been to Broadstairs before), absolutely loved our mini break Knowing Broadstairs as I do, I chose Tide cottage and it did not disappoint in any way. It has a lovely fresh feel to it and the facilities and comfort are well catered for. Apart from a couple of missing add ons..... a mirror in the en suite bedroom, hooks in the hall and in the bathrooms, a sieve or colander in the kitchen, instructions for the sauna, everything is great

Well-equipped, comfortable, beautifully decorated and great location

We had the absolute pleasure of being the first guests at the Tide House, and it did not disappoint! The home is well-equipped and comfortable, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. The host was very responsive. Location is magnificent as it's just far enough from any noise from bars, but minutes walk to the lovely beaches Viking Bay and Stone Bay, as well as restaurants and shops. There are blackout curtains and comfortable beds. There is off-street parking, a dining table in the lounge that comfortably sits 8, and a delightful courtyard to have meals outside. If you have a child who is used to a nightlight at the top of the stairs, bring battery powered lights for hallways and stairs as there are no sockets, also none in the bathrooms. Highly recommend a stay in The Tide House! We hope to book again for another perfect getaway.

A lovely family home in the heart of Broadstairs, with easy access to the beach and town.

A lovely house with lots of space for family. Easy walking to the beach and the town. Communication with Keepers Cottages staff was good…couldn’t fault our stay.
