Small second bedroom with bath next door and another room as office. It has a small front porch, large back deck overlooking a wet weather creek in the ravine below and includes a screened in back porch. Fifteen hundred square feet of peace and quiet with outdoor sitting areas and 2 precious black cats to keep you company. Completely surrounded by 75+ year old growth hardwood forest. Includes wood stove, gas range and flat screen TV with satellite access. Internet access available but not high speed.

If you like easy accessibility to this wonderful area of the country, a great university town, and lots of privacy and easy comfort, my home is for you! You'll be 7 miles outside of Chapel Hill and Carrboro and within easy drives of Raleigh, Durham and Greensboro. Smaller local towns of Hillsborough, Saxapahaw and Pittsboro are also great for exploring. You'll need a car for your transportation.
