Adorable barn house! Cute, clean and safe place to stay in Asheville less than 10 minutes to downtown. You are right next to just about anything you could need - from Target and Whole Foods to antique stores, Biltmore House & Village & all kinds of cool places.
Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Renovated & stocked kitchen. Private and peaceful fenced in backyard. Pets and children are welcome, but house is not childproofed.
We use eco-friendly cleaning supplies - no harsh chemicals or scents here!
Two bedrooms - the master has a queen bed and the second bedroom is a bedroom/office with a pull out futon. There's also a sofa bed in the living room.
Living room - dining table with seating for 6 and plenty of comfy couch space. 4k hd tv with a firestick (netflix, amazon prime video, etc) and google chrome (mirror anything on your laptop to the tv). TV also gets local cable channels. Fast high speed internet.
Our kitchen is renovated and stocked with all the basics and the house has plenty of towels and sheets. There is a washer and dryer and laundry detergent provided.
There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. There is actually a freestanding shower in the laundry room as well, so basically two full bathrooms.
You've got a private fenced in backyard with a freestanding cute red outbuilding in the backyard with a table and chair that could be used as an office or writer's studio or children's playhouse.
This is a designated rental house. You have the entire house to yourself including the backyard.
Interaction with guests:
I'm right here in Asheville and always available by phone or text message for anything you need.
Other things to note:
There is a train that runs behind the house. It never woke me up, but if you are a very light sleeper you should take that into account.
The second bedroom is quite small. The futon is quite comfortable, but it takes effort to bring it up and down from bed to couch. I recommend you pick one and leave it that way. Tell me what you prefer and I'll have it set up for you when you arrive.
