Welcome to Grandma Clementina’s house, which we've carefully restored to preserve its authentic rural character. Here you’ll find the perfect retreat for exploring the Monferrato hills, with a hot tub on the terrace where you can relax after your adventures among the vineyards and hazelnut groves. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays and opens onto the patio that borders the garden. On the ground floor, you'll find a shower room and a storage area. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a second bathroom and the terrace with the hot tub. The garden provides a peaceful spot where you can enjoy the rolling hills and the authentic atmosphere of the Piedmont countryside. Scurzolengo is a small village of 500 residents nestled among fields, hazelnut groves and vineyards. Take a walk or bike ride along the Via del Ruchè, admiring the vineyards and stopping at the giant bench for unforgettable photos. Asti's just a few minutes away, while Alba, the Langhe and Casale Monferrato are all within a 35-minute drive. In town, you'll find the Osteria del Macellaio, the Ristorante la Raviola Galante and the Panetteria Verrua just a few metres from the house.
