Spanning 140m², the house welcomes you with a spacious living room and kitchen on the ground floor, complemented by a master suite with private bathroom. Upstairs, three large bedrooms and an additional bathroom await you, all decorated with handmade ceramic pieces and carefully selected antiques.
The outdoor areas invite you to relax with several furnished terraces. Enjoy the spa in complete privacy, alternating between shaded areas under the mezzanine and sunbathing on the deckchairs, all without any neighbors in sight in a preserved green setting.
From your pied-à-terre, explore the treasures of the region: the majestic Maison Carrée in Nîmes, the medieval villages of Uzès and Sauve, or the rivers of the Cévennes for a refreshing dip. The beaches of La Grande Motte and the vibrant city of Montpellier are only an hour's drive away, offering an endless array of activities.
