Your private garden offers a panoramic view of the peaks. The spacious terrace and outdoor bar are perfect for al fresco dining. Streams flow just behind the property, and hiking trails start right from the house.



Set off to explore Lake Passy, Lake Vert, or Aiguillette des Houches. Try the Curalla via ferrata, the tennis court, or the pump track. Relax at the Saint-Gervais thermal baths or discover Chamonix, Combloux, and the family ski resorts in the surrounding area.
