About this property

Historic Tivoli house with sea view in Vejby

This charming house has a very special history as it was moved from Tivoli to Vejby by Danish actress Marguerite Viby in the 1930s. From the sloping grounds you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Kattegat, Kullen in Sweden and the surrounding countryside.



The cottage has been extended with a modern 40 square meter annex, which is connected to the main house via an inviting terrace. This provides extra space with two bedrooms and a private bathroom, perfect for hosting family or friends.



The 3200 square meter natural plot provides plenty of space for outdoor activities. The open and sloping plot ensures unobstructed views and plenty of light, while the natural vegetation creates an authentic cottage atmosphere.



The house is a short distance from the beach and the scenic Heatherhill with its hilly meadows. Enjoy a pizza at the local Il Terrazzo or head four kilometers to Tisvilde, where you'll find a vibrant town life with cafés, restaurants and a cinema. Tisvilde Hegn beckons with its beautiful hiking trails.
