Converted barn with sea view over Oslo fjord

This barn rests in the terrain with its gaze turned towards the sea, surrounded by old fruit trees. Here, old and new meet in every room, giving the house a warm and soulful character. The barn is part of one of Vollen's oldest farmsteads, along with two other houses where good friends live.



The interior is finished with natural materials, custom-built solutions, and comfortable bathrooms. Large windows let in plenty of light, and high ceilings give a spacious feeling.



Outside, you will find a lush orchard with old trees. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful views of the sea.



Vollen has a small center with good restaurants, cafes, and breweries bathed in the evening sun. In the summer, the ferry goes all the way to Oslo, a perfect little excursion.
