It’s in a residential neighborhood, a 12-minute walk from the Zócalo (the city’s main square), the tourist area, and all amenities. You can do everything on foot—it’s close to the bus stop, markets, grocery stores, laundromats, and restaurants.

It is a one-bedroom apartment with a private bathroom located on the first floor (UK) or first floor (USA); the internet is fast and reliable (120 Mbps). There is one terrace on the second floor at the end of the hallway and another on the next level. The apartment is a 12-minute walk from the tourist area, so it’s in a central location but a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. The studio has a smart TV with streaming services included, such as Amazon Prime, Disney+, Paramount+, and HBO MAX. There are many options for sports: on Disney+, you can access ESPN, where you can watch the NFL, MLB, NBA, PGA, NASCAR, college football, the NCAA, and all sorts of other college sports. You can also watch boxing, tennis, the NHL, Wimbledon, IndyCar, the PGA Tour, and a wide variety of other sports. On Prime Video, you can watch UFC, MLB, NBA, NFL, F1, and WWE. So we have streaming services offering movies, TV series, and all kinds of live sports.

There is a kitchenette equipped with plenty of cooking appliances, including a stove, three coffee makers (pour-over, Italian-style, and drip), a kettle, knives, pots, pans, and everything else you might need in a kitchen.

The internet connection is strong, fast, and reliable (120 Mbps). The building is located a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, so—for a central area in Mexico—it’s considered quiet, especially at night (by Mexican standards).
