HOUSE RULES
In our apartment, we only accept adult guests. Any minors may be hosted only if accompanied by at least one parent or legal guardian.
We are aware that minor inconveniences may occur, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation if this happens. Our home is family-run: we will do our best to resolve any issue promptly.
In the Municipality of Quartu Sant’Elena, a tourist tax of €1.00 per person (excluding exemptions) per night is applied, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights (from March to October). The payment must be made in cash at check-in.
Promptly report any faults, malfunctions, or damage found in the property or its facilities, so that we can promptly inspect and resolve them.
Properly separate waste according to the municipal regulations, respecting the days and times of the “door-to-door” collection service. Use the appropriate bins and dispose of waste on the days and in the manner indicated at check-in.
CHECK-OUT by 10:00 AM.
At CHECK-OUT, it is forbidden to leave waste inside the apartment; use the appropriate bins for the “door-to-door” collection.
At CHECK-OUT, the kitchenette must be left clean and tidy.
Respect quiet hours during the night from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM and the afternoon rest from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Treat the home and furnishings with care and respect. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use to reduce energy consumption.
Smoking is prohibited inside, and parties are not allowed.
