Once you cross the threshold of the apartment you find yourself in a large open space dedicated to the living room and kitchen. In the living room there is a large designer table in solid oak with six chairs and a very comfortable sofa bed, as well as an ancient Sardinian chest and an even older carpenter's counter that reflect and recall the antiquity of the house dating back to 1800. Two 65-inch LED televisions in the living room allow viewing both from the sofa bed and from the large table. The kitchen is well equipped and features an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with double door. Overlooking the open space is an ante-bathroom equipped with a top with two sinks and a laundry area that has a washer-dryer. From the ante-bathroom you then access one of the two bathrooms of the house, which is equipped with a large shower and all the services and comforts such as hair dryer, hand soap and shower gel. From the open space you continue towards the bedroom served by a large and comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers and the LED TV on the wall, as well as a beautiful high-design hydromassage tub. From the bedroom you access the second bathroom of the apartment, always equipped with a comfortable shower and all the services and comforts. Fantastic apartment

We loved this apartment. A generous size, well equipped and in a great location. We could have happily stayed for weeks! Ulyana was very helpful and quick to respond, flexible with check out too. Many thanks.

First off want to say the host Ulyana was so hospital and went the extra effort to ensure a wonderful stay and wonderful trip in Cagliari. This place is a must in terms of how beautiful and unique the actual property is architecturally/design wise, very comfort and has every amenity you can need. Two wonderful bathrooms with stand up showers, bidets and ample sinks for getting ready (3 technically). Was able to do laundry once we figured out Italian washer/dryer instructions ha. Kitchen is awesome - we ended up eating out every day with the wonderful local dining but easily could cook and stay in.Bed was very comfy and the unit stayed cool and comfortable.Area is safe and very close to many historic monuments and steps away from a couple small cafes/bars. If you want an authentic and memorable stay - book this awesome flat! Grazie Mille Ulyana!!!!

Super Lage in Altstadt, mit sehr viel Liebe umgebaut, haben selten sowas tolles gesehen. Sie Inhaberin sehr nett und kommunikativ, kommen gerne wieder .

Super tolle Wohnung, super tolle Vermieterin!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bei Ankunft bereits angenehm gekühlt. Unsere Vermieterin wartete dort bereits auf uns und empfing uns sehr herzlich. Im Vorfeld hatte sie uns bereits bei allen Fragen und Problemen geholfen.Wir haben nur positives zu berichten. Lage ist ebenfalls Topp. Man erreicht sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß.Wir kommen gerne nochmals wieder.
