The apartment comfortably accommodates two guests and features one beautifully designed bedroom with a queen-sized bed, one modern bathroom with a shower over bath and a bright open-plan living and dining area. Situated on the fifth floor with lift access, the apartment’s standout feature is its expansive private canal-side terrace, perfectly positioned to capture sunlight throughout the day and ideal for morning coffee, outdoor dining or evening drinks overlooking the water and skyline.

De Beauvoir Town is one of Hackney’s most desirable residential neighbourhoods, known for its quiet tree-lined streets, canalside walks and relaxed village atmosphere. Perfectly positioned between Haggerston, Dalston, Hoxton and Islington, the area offers guests the best of East London while remaining peaceful and residential. Just moments from the apartment, guests can enjoy scenic walks along Regent’s Canal, waterside cafés around Kingsland Basin and easy access to some of London’s most exciting food, nightlife and creative scenes.

Nearby Dalston is famous for its lively independent restaurants, cocktail bars and music venues, while nearby Shoreditch and Hoxton offer trendy cafés, art galleries, rooftop bars and some of London’s best nightlife. Islington and Upper Street provide a more refined atmosphere with boutique shopping, theatres, gastropubs and popular brunch spots. We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
