Jade is a very responsive and thoughtful host. The flat is well located off several bus lines and a short walk to two train stations. If you like a firm mattress and you have slender hips, this is a great place to stay in London for a few days

Everything went smoothly and the apartment matched the description. A nice place to sleep in a quiet nondescript area from which one can reach Fitzrovia and Bloomsbury in 10 minutes on foot. Works fine as a somewhat central base for sleeping if one wants to spend all of one's time exploring the city.

Excellent stay

Very well situated , 15 min only by foot of Camden and the location itself was in a very calm area , so it was good to be back at the appartement afer a day walking in the streets of london wich were very crowded .

As others have noted, this is a very basic room best suited for one or two people who primarily want an affordable place to stay in Camden. It is about an 11-minute walk from the Underground, which makes it a reasonably convenient base for exploring London. The property itself is not really “vacation grade” in terms of comfort or atmosphere, but that is also not what you are paying for. Like many London properties, the room does not have air conditioning, so warmer weather could make the stay less comfortable. That said, Jade was a very helpful and responsive host, and her communication was clear throughout. Overall, this is a practical, no-frills option if location and value are your main priorities.

Very basic. Basic shower over bath worked to begin with then a tricle of water there after. Toilet didnt flush. We had to add water to cistern then it worked. Towels mainly clean. Found one towel in drawer with stain on. Was recommended to use front lift as back lift wasnt suitable at that time. We didnt look to find out the reason why we shouldnt use the other lift. Host was available at all times for communication.

Good place to stay and very easy to get around

We stayed for 1 week and were able to rest, cook meals at home and wash our clothes and dry them. It’s not a fancy place and don’t let the building scare you, it’s a great little place to stay. Close to trains and bus stop and grocery store

Nice little studio, especially good for one person or a couple that don’t mind being exceptionally close during a holiday. Close to public transport, restaurants, motorways.

Great location,we were able to walk almost anywhere we wanted.Buckingham Palace for example, was about 45 minute walk. We found a great coffee shop within 5 minute walk.Lots of restaurants close by.5 minutes walk to Warren st Underground station. It was a bit tough to find, without the picture we were sent, it would have been very difficult.I would suggest you put address as Stanhope st, Harrington house building, flat 57.

Great location and flat just as described

Enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Had a small snafu with the lock box that was purely operator error. Had zero issues with the hot water, unlike some of the other reviews.

Great place for short stay

We enjoyed our week long stay at Jades place. The location was fantastic and the size was just big enough for us. The kitchen facilities were great for a short stay so we could cook some of our own meals. Once we figured out the hot water (using the boiler and the taps being plumbed opposite) we were all settled. The building is very secure and there is a lift to get up to the apartment. Would recommend for a short stay.
