Our home is ideally placed for exploring the very best of York, with many of the city’s most loved attractions within easy walking distance. There are also bus routes nearby from Campleshon Road.

The Local Area

You’ll be staying in the peaceful area of South Bank just outside the busiest parts of the city, offering the perfect balance between convenience and calm.

We’ll leave complimentary tea and coffee for your arrival, perfect after a long journey. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided for each guest, along with travel-sized shampoo, shower gel, and soap to help you settle in comfortably.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

INCLUDED IN THE STAY: For each stay we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest, a bath mat and a tea towel. We also provide a welcome pack to get guests starting including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sugar. A washing capsule, sponge scourer, J-cloth, bin bags and toiletries including soap and body wash.

FREE PARKING:
Parking is available for 1 car on the street. This is free street parking and is only on a first come first served basis.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
