Denne enhed blev for nylig renoveret og skiller sig let ud fra andre enheder med 1 soveværelse i området! Denne 3. sal Windancer-enhed tilbyder en betagende udsigt, en Golffront-pool og det klassiske lavhus-feriested i Florida føler, at de fleste mennesker leder efter. Gemt væk på den østlige ende af Scenic Gulf Drive i Miramar Beach, har de fleste lokale og indkommende gæster aldrig set komplekset på grund af dets privatliv. Når de først har opholdt sig i bygningen, er det svært at se andre steder på grund af dets bekvemme placering og elite-afsondrethed! Du er lidt over et minut fra Silver Sands outlet-indkøbscenter med over 120 designerbutikker og 10 restauranter. Op og ned af naturskønne kløftetur finder du utallige restauranter og lokale surfbutikker, du vælger. Bygningen tilbyder en fælles pool ved bugten, en bjerggrill for fronten i bugten (trækul), og denne enhed tilbyder gratis strandservice (2 stole en paraply og et bord der er oprettet hver dag gratis!) sæsonmæssigt tilgængelig fra 1. marts til 30. november. Dette er en fantastisk funktion at have, så du ikke behøver at bære alle dine stole og parasoller til stranden. Hvis du leder efter et mindre kompleks til at slappe af, mens du stadig er tæt på al den handling, Miramar Beach / Destin har at byde på, er Windancer stedet at være.

Perfect. The condo was beautiful. Very tastefully decorated and extremly clean. The bed was amazing. Very well stocked in every room. So many great features. Communication also excellent. Owner and liason reached out to us the entire stay to make sure we were taken care of completely. Love this place and looking forward to coming back to what felt like home.

The location and the property was great. Can't wait to come back!!

We celebrated our honeymoon their and had a wonderful time. The owner was personable and made us feel at home. This was our second time staying in his unit and I would recommend his property to my family and friends. Not only was the beach beautiful but the unit itself was well-appointed very comfortable.

Perfect getaway.

Well appointed. The rental was truly like a home away from home. It is an older building but the renovations are beautiful. The view wonderful, short walk to the beach.

Perfect!

The condo was clean, the linens were soft and smelled delightful, the view was spectacular, and Caleb checked in regularly despite being very ill. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Loved the property, view was beautiful. Would suggest additional info regarding the elevator in the listing. Tenants upstairs were loud but I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect Beach Spot

We loved our stay here so much! The condo is so cute with an amazing view from the balcony. It could not have been easier to get to the beach, which was top on our priority list with a 17 month old. The beach chairs and umbrella set up was so convenient. We will definitely be back!

Very Nice Updated Condo

We’ve stayed at the Windancer for 30 years and this is one of the best condos we’ve booked. It was very clean and updated and had one of the better stocked kitchens I’ve experienced. And it’s stocked with quality stuff not just the cheapest stuff they could find. We would definitely book this condo again.

Tucked out of the way

This is a very nice property tucked away on a side street . It is close to Highway 98, and right on the beach. The beach and view are beautiful, and the condo was perfect for the two of us. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. We each had a sink and commode and shared a shower. We would highly recommend.

A week was not enough

Our week at Windancer was great. Check in was prefect, comfortable bed, all appliances work, kitchen utensils well stocked, great location. We wanted to stay an additional week but the unit was already booked, Caleb helped us find another condo and assisted in getting us in the new unit early so we could just move from one unit to the next. Thanks Caleb!

Perfect for us!

This was our first family vacation to the area, and this condo could not have been more perfect. The set up is great, we had enough space for the four of us, and the view from the balcony cannot be beat! The beach was not over crowded (and it was spring break, other parts of the beach were definitely over crowded!). The beach service set up was so nice, we had a front row seat to the ocean every single day (without having to get our stuff down there by 9am!). Caleb the owner is eager to please and is willing to help out with anything you need during your stay. We will definitely be staying at Windancer 311 the next time we visit!

Yes, I would recommend this condo!!

I would definitely recommend this condo. It's great for a family of 2. There are 2 bumpbeds, but it may be too crowded.. It was great for my husband and I. The location was great. The view of the beach was amazing. I loved the keyless entry. Only negative thing I can say, (this is completely personal preference) they need to put a fan in the bedroom. It gets too stuffy at night, the air doesn't circulate well. We bought a small fan from walmart and it helped tremendously. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Condo

I highly recommend Windancer 311. What a beautiful condo and location! This was our first time to Destin and we are already trying to figure out when we can go back. The condo was clean, updated, and beautifully decorated. There was a great use of space with the hallway bunks and the configuration of the bathrooms and laundry. Beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The view was breathtaking and even with a few days of questionable weather we still were able to enjoy the beach sitting on the balcony and taking in the spectacular views and sound of the waves. Caleb was great to work with and checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going well during our stay. Would 100% recommend renting this property! Can’t wait to go back.

Great Vacation!!

Just back from our week in unit 311 and we had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly as pictured. It's beautifully decorated and very, very comfortable. As mentioned before, the only noise was footsteps from our upstairs neighbors, which was really not a problem. The other, very minor, problem was that only one of the remotes for the TVs worked so we kept having to run back and forth between rooms to change the channel!! LOL!! The beach is easily accessible and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were a great addition. The beach was not crowded at all, and our fellow renters appeared to be mostly families, no big partiers or anything. I'm already looking forward to my vacation next year in Windancer 311!!

Great location and accommodations for a beach vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week during of Thanksgiving. The property description was accurate, clean and well-maintained. The management staff did an excellent job staying in touch and giving information about our stay before during and after. The space was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the balcony with the Oceanview because even it was cool, we could enjoy the sun and be protected from the wind. We've stayed in similar accommodations throughout FL and this one definitely is a contender for the best. would recommend this property. Drive through Rosemary Beach and Alley Beach for a different experience. The outlet mall across the street from the property has almost every store you can imagine and for an upscale shopping and dining experience check out the nearby Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. We ate at Vintaj and Catino Laredo. Both were very good. For an Italian meal make sure you check out Tuscany Italian Bistro very close to the property.

Family trip before school started back

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex the condo was located was pretty secluded and just steps away from the beach, which was nice. Upon entering the condo we noticed a musty smell that is typical in older units. The front door was rubbing on the floor which made it hard to open. The floors were not clean at all with sand and hair clearly visible. My wife swept the floor first thing which is not how you want to start a vacation, but we were just going to let it go. The layout was a little awkward, especially the two adjoining bathrooms. The washer and dryer were in a closet in the bath/shower area, and the other closet had no door and the paint looked unfinished. Later we discovered the refrigerator was not cooling properly- to the point we put our milk in a bowl of ice inside the fridge. When it was time to lay down we also discovered the tv in the master didn’t work. This is when I had enough and texted the property manager. The manager responded the next day and offered to have the cleaning service come back out, which we declined. She did have maintenance come look at the tv and he went and got us a new one. The refrigerator eventually cooled down better, enough to deal with. Overall not a great experience in a unit that the pictures were quite deceiving.

Had a lovely time at Winddancer. The accommodations were clean and tidy. The view was stunning. The king bed was comfy. Very short walk to the beach. Elevator up to room with a hotel cart to load and unload bags was convenient and helpful. The building is smaller so less people out on the beach which was nice. Just remember to bring your own spices, coffee pods or filters, oils and such and a pair of scissors. We had such a nice time and would def come back. Ps-we did a fun dolphin boat ride down near the Harbour docks. So fun!!

I've been a licensed Realtor for over 17 years and my wife does interior design. Her company "Beachy Glam Interiors" did this unit and the transformation was amazing. We have 4 kids who love coming to the beach at Windancer and we have to tear them away when it's time to go home!

This unit was professionally renovated and the kitchen area was redesigned to allow for more room and entertaining. Other units brag about being nice or platinum, but this unit never lets anyone down.

It's location is on the opposite end of the building which allows for a little more piece and quiet that most desire on their vacation.
