It's time to treat yourself and choose a unit that's made the upgrades you want and the views you deserve. Unit 210 has tile floors, granite counters, an updated kitchen, renovated shower, relaxing beach decor, and was just renovated in 2024!

This second floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people desire. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs, one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

Amazing condo!

The condo was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed! The location was perfect! Winn Dixie was so close to unit and made grocery shopping so much easier and more convenient. We will definitely be coming back!

Location and cleaning

The location is great, everything actually was good but the only thing I would say is the kitchen utensils to cook something basic, they are very old and some of those were not cleaned. Communication with property manager was excellent and the property was clean and beautiful, will definitely come back.

Great location on the beach

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a great spot on the beach. The place is really clean. Make sure you bring your own condiments. there is no salt, pepper, or any other seasonings. Also, no olive oil or anything like that. The frying pans for eggs are a little tough...could use an upgrade...but everything else is pristine.

Great Location- If you Plan on Cooking Please Read

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was beautiful. Must bring items: flashlight and sand bucket (night crab hunting), sponge (this place only had pods for the dishwasher so the pans when we arrived were not well cleaned since the previous person didn't hand scrub them), seasonings (if you're cooking since there was not even salt and pepper or any seasonings at this place). Also, note the pans are no bigger than 10 diameter so on the smaller side and a couple of small pots in case you were planning on cooking (there were plenty of trays, silverware, dishes, cups, and bowls so that was great). I didn't see a cutting board. There is a Winn Dixie across the street so I just went to buy a cute Florida themed cutting board for $7 and a sponge. No big deal- just a heads up if you are driving and can fit those small things to be prepared. We walked to the Surf Hut for lunch from this condo and it was gross- too much butter in the corn, mashed potatoes, and grilled fish and hamburger sliders burned but the fish tacos there were good. Five guys is close by and delicious but way overpriced since it's a beach location. Buffalo Jack's Legendary Wings & Pizza had the best wings (fresh minced garlic-recommend garlic parmesan)and tasty fries (seasoning was delish) but the pizza was ok (kinda like cardboard consistency of the dough and dry like where is the red pizza sauce?). Hope this review helps!

Love Windancer

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at the Windancer and our first time in this condo. The place is decorated SO beautifully. One thing I’ve noticed is some owners will put out cheap furniture on the balcony, but this condo had a super nice set up. They also have nice, well working appliances. I feel like that can be sometimes rare with condos. We love the Windancer; the views, the community — we will definitely be back!

Hidden gem!

Been going to Destin/Miramar for 30+ years and never knew Windancer was there. So much better than the new age high rises with 8 rows of umbrellas on the beach! Will definitely be back!

The beach was amazing and the beach chair set up is definitely a huge plus. There was an issue with the freezer for our stay but Donna was very responsive and had service come out. Great vacation rental

It was just my husband and myself getting away for a short little mini-vacay. We love the area in Miramar and we enjoy the smaller condos vs. high-rise condos. Windancer is just the perfect spot. Plenty of room and the beach service guys were super nice and helpful.

Wonderful Spring Break ON the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Truly enjoyed our stay at Windancer 210 for our spring break. The unit was perfect for our family of 4, and the location was absolute perfection. The heated pool was great as the weather was a little cooler than we’d hoped for, but kids don’t mind! Donna checked in and was easy to reach via text. The unit had some great updates and felt very clean, except for the bathtub - we felt as though that could stand to be updated. We also thought the balcony chairs could be nicer (wicker falling apart on them) and more comfortable - lots of Adirondack chairs on balconies of other units. Lastly, the pillows and comforter for the king sized bed were the wrong size and too small.Of course, none of those are of any fault of Modern Beach Vacation Rentals! Other very small complaint is there was only one wire hanger to be found, and I like to hang any “nicer” clothes up. Overall we really had the a really great time and it was one of the best locations being right on the beach. We all agreed we would go back!
