Caribbean Deluxe Apartment is located on the 15th floor of Torre 811 and was designed for guests who want to enjoy Cartagena from a comfortable, functional space with a tropical feel. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen, laundry area and two balconies: one in the living room and one in the main bedroom.
The layout is flexible for families and groups. All three bedrooms have a double bed. Bedroom 2 also has a pull-out auxiliary bed. In the living room, there is a two-person sofa bed and an additional pull-out bed available. The apartment can host up to 9–10 guests depending on the sleeping arrangement, although it is especially comfortable for families, couples, calm groups and longer stays.
The living room and main bedroom have air conditioning. The other bedrooms have quiet tower fans. The main bedroom also has a private balcony and a mini fridge. There is a TV in the living room and in two bedrooms; Amazon Prime is available in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, coffee maker, blender, air fryer, rice cooker, sandwich maker, extractor, dinnerware, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, salad bowl, kitchen utensils, salt and sugar. There is no microwave. You will also find a washer and drying rack, useful for beach days or longer stays.
The apartment combines green tones, white, beige and light wood to create a fresh Caribbean atmosphere without feeling overloaded. It is a good place to rest, cook, work or share after exploring Cartagena.
Guests have full access to the apartment during their stay. The building has 24/7 reception and security, a lobby, a minimarket in one of the commercial spaces and a pool available during the schedule set by the building administration.
The pool is available from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. It is currently open for guest use, although some social areas and part of the building’s furniture are still being completed.
Before arrival, all guests must complete a registration form. At reception, the information will be verified and each guest will receive an identification wristband, which must be worn during the stay.
The first entrance to the apartment is made with a one-time access code provided by the host. After that, guests use a card that works for access and for controlling the lights and air conditioning.
The apartment does not include private parking inside the building. However, there are two public parking lots nearby and a public bay in front of the building, subject to availability. Guests arriving by car are welcome; we recommend contacting us before arrival so we can guide you with the best parking option.
We are available during your stay to answer questions, guide you through the arrival process and help with anything related to the apartment. Communication will mainly be through the platform or the authorized channel after booking.
Our goal is for you to have independence and privacy, while still feeling supported when needed. After check-in, we will follow up to confirm that everything is in order and that you were able to access the apartment without issues.
Before arrival, we will share the important information: registration form, check-in method, use of the access card, pool schedule, transportation recommendations and building rules. This helps make the experience smoother from the beginning.
The apartment is located in Torre 811, in Torices, a mixed, local and developing area of Cartagena. Its main advantage is practical access to different parts of the city: Marbella Beach is about 5–10 minutes walking, the Historic Center is around 8 minutes by car, the airport is around 10 minutes by car, and Bocagrande is about 20–25 minutes away, depending on traffic.
On the first floor of the building there is a minimarket. Nearby, you can also find local restaurants, fast food options, Ara and D1 supermarkets, a pharmacy, a Bancolombia ATM and tourism offices. Some tours and activities depart from nearby areas.
Please note that the neighborhood is currently developing and there are construction sites around, so daytime construction activity may be heard. During the day, you can walk around while taking normal city precautions. At night, we recommend using Uber, InDrive or app-based transportation and waiting for your ride inside the building.
Parties and loud noise are not allowed after 10:00 p.m. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; it is only allowed on the balconies, and nothing may be thrown from them. Small pets are allowed, but they must not sleep on the beds.
Visitors must be registered in advance and have an additional cost of $75,000 COP per person, per visit. Due to building regulations, minors are not allowed to enter without their parents or proper authorization.
There is a camera located at the apartment entrance door and a digital lock. Lost access cards have a cost of $50,000 COP. If the card is left inside the apartment and an additional access code must be generated, an extra fee may apply from the second time onward.
