Cottage with beach access by Grunnesund

"Nøstet" is situated in a secluded and idyllic spot by Grunnesund in Kongsbakke, Eftang. You have your own beach just 30 meters away, which is shared with two other cabins on the property. On the terrace, you can enjoy meals and drinks while looking out over the sea.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy kitchen, a bright dining nook and living room, as well as a bathroom with a double sink and shower stall. On the second floor are two bedrooms and a landing with a closet and skylight from the building’s dome. One bedroom faces the forest. The master bedroom has its own balcony with views of the sea, beach, and dock.



The property is shared with two other cabins, and you have a shared parking area. The outhouse is located in a separate room with electricity, accessible from the outside. From here, you can swim from the pier and enjoy the sun and the sea.



In the surrounding area, you’ll find beautiful hiking trails along the coast and plenty of stunning viewpoints. Ula is just a short walk away, where you can buy ice cream. Ølergholmen, right next door, is a popular beach. There are also great opportunities for fishing, rock climbing, and snorkeling here.
