Great space and location

We were working on some projects in the DC are and this place was centrally location and perfect for your group. The communication with the owner was top notch!

Great stay! Close to metro and shopping. Townhome backing to a nice wooded park. The house comes well appointed with most everything for your basic needs.

The location is great. Quiet neighborhood near all you'd need. Lots of beds for a group and well equipped kitchen, linens. The laundry room is great (bring your soap). Two full and one 1/2 bath. They are going to fix the slow running upstairs bathroom. I had to ask for instructions on how to get there and exact locations but they came immediately and also exit procedures. Nagla was responsive and kind. We would stay here again.

Great location and home.

The home was perfect for our group. There are three bedrooms upstairs (queen, queen, twin) and one bedroom downstairs (2 twins). The entire place was very clean and the owner was extremely hospitable and had waters, milk and juice for us at the home upon our arrival. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryers. We had a very positive experience and I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay around the DC/Fairfax area.

Beware of extra charges from host

We enjoyed the property. It was generally up-to-date & clean. We did find a blouse & panties in 2 different places in the house. The host was generally response, We had left the property for 5 days when we received a notice that we owed an additional $180. The condo is rated for 8 people & we had 6. This was a shock that VRBO will reverse. E

Thank you Nancy for your review and it was pleasure hosting you. You initially booked the property for 6 people and reduced to 4 guests to get the reduced price. Hence I asked you several times how many guests will you have and I did not get response until after checking in. You were aware of the extra charge that why you changed the reservation to from 6 guests to 4 guests which is not fair. Thanks again for your visit.

We are 4 men (4 bedrooms are ideal) in for golf get together and tournament.

The beds are in good shape and the whole house is clean and neat. Left add'l things like laundry detergent/cleaning stuff if needed,etc. Has a nice little back garden area (fenced in) for evening cocktails in summer time-----could use a few more simple out door chairs, but we made do with the existing. Ideal location for Va golf courses and access to DC and Md if needed. Two parking spaces worked for us.

Plenty of space

The property was as advertised, clean and had everything we needed. There is a grocery store, Starbucks and couple restaurants very close. We managed without a car, used Uber to take us to Metro and easily made it to everywhere we wanted to go.

Well maintained, conveniently located, lots of comfortable spaces to relax.

We had a wonderful family gathering here. Plenty of room. Beds comfortable. The owner was great to work with. We are so pleased.
