Host was quick to respond to my questions. House was in a good neighborhood and close to the metro and DC. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and a very nice downstairs family room.

This is an excellent property if you are visiting the Alexandria/DC area. It was perfect for our small group. We could hang out in the morning and have coffee together in the beautiful living room, or watch a game together on the big screen TV downstairs at night. It is only about 12 minutes from DC and 12 minutes from Old Town Alexandria. A metro stop isn't too far either if you wanted to take a day trip downtown DC. Very clean, great amenities. Cannot suggest this property enough.

Host was excellent in answering questions and offering many recommendations to make our stay memorable. His house served 3 senior adult couples in the finest way. Our first ever to stay in a house on a trip and we will do it again!

We traveled to the DC area for a wedding. This was a Beautiful home with plenty of room for our family. Clean comfortable beds and bedding. The host Michael was GREAT! We would stay again if we had another family event or traveling on vacation.

Our family felt right at home here. It was a perfect place to have a Christmas away from home, especially with the big living space downstairs. Also a great location to everything in the NoVA/DC area by car. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. All appliances worked great. Will hope to stay again in the future!

Nice kitchen we could cook easily. The dining room was great we spent time eating and playing games afterwards great family time together. Plenty of shopping close grocery restaurants easy trip into the city.

A gracious home that is comfortable, scrupulously clean, and well-equipped. Located in a nice residential area not far from Virginia Theological Seminary, this tri-level house with 3 bedrooms and two full baths upstairs and 1 more bedroom and bath plus spacious family room on the lower level was perfect for the two couples of our party to visit our mutual grandchild and his parents. We were able to unpack and spread out, have space for our quiet time and also enjoy hanging together, even entertaining our local family; and we could have accommodated others. Note that the ability to manage some stairs is essential. The kitchen really is fully equipped, and the posted photos of the house are accurate. Michael is kind, thoughtful, and responsive - a true host!

Fantastic for families

This is a great property for families. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out when they want and a big family room with a large flat screen tv, room for lots of seating and games. Property owner very communicative and helpful and comfy beds. It was our family Christmas house and it worked perfectly.

Awesome host and house

The house is in a great location, very safe, very quiet. Accessible to the metro with the bus stop being very near, and not too far from some of the metro stations. Our host, Michael, was very helpful, responsive, and the house was just as described. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked almost every night.

Best Thanksgiving!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is well appointed and easy for six people. Everyone had their space after a day of site seeing and family togetherness. Michael is a dream host and ensured our stay was everything we had hoped. Several grocery stores and restaurants are nearby and an easy drive to DC. We’ll surely be back!
