Domus Aventinae relax & fit

Amazing, cozy and elegant apartment renovated about a couple of years ago. Located in the iconic Aventine neighborhood, just steps from the historic Testaccio district, 7 minutes walk away from UN offices and the Colosseum and Circus Maximus archaeological area, 15 minutes to Mouth of Truth and Adriano Crypt. Free access to the condominium fitness room (open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) equipped with best of breed Technogym equipment and machines.
Circo Massimo metro is just 7 mins walk.

The apartment has a living area with two cozy couches, dining table and walk-in open kitchen. The double bedroom (bed size 160 x 190 cm) has an ensuite full bathroom with shower. The livable balcony is accessible both from the living room and the bedroom and is furnished with a breakfast table and chairs and shadowing tents.
The apartment is fully furnished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, air conditioning (in the bedroom and in the living room), smart TV (in the living room and in the bedroom), Nespresso coffee pods machine, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer&dryer machine.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Always vigilate children when they are on the balcony
Never close the french windows when outside in the balcony (risk to remain closed in the balcony)
Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of €75 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 50€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Never leave the keys inserted in the inside keyhole of the apartment door.
If during your stay we have to come and open the house because the keys have been forgotten inside, this has a cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the staff member who will come to open the apartment.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
