Great location but AC mini split did not work during our stay with temperatures in the high 90’s. Sleeping at night was torture due to the heat so we barely got any sleep. Host made no effort for a quick solution or at least provide a sort of partial refund due to the hot hell we had to deal with

We always want our guests to have a great stay, and we gladly accommodated your date changes. When you reported the air conditioning issue, we replied immediately to assist, but unfortunately, we received no further communication from you during your stay to coordinate a solution. The unit was subsequently checked and confirmed to be fully functional. Additionally, the mandatory city tax was left unpaid, and a refund was requested only after check-out. Clear communication requires cooperation from both sides, and we wish you all the best.
