The house's newly renovated lower floor offers a high level of comfort and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The beautiful glass veranda is one of the house's great highlights and a perfect place for morning coffee. On the large plot there is a nice terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy summer meals and long evenings outdoors. Inside, a spacious living room awaits with comfortable sofa furniture in front of the stove. There is also a bed and a sofa bed that provides flexible sleeping options. The generous kitchen has been tastefully renovated and offers plenty of space for shared meals. There is a lovely dining area and most of what you could need for a comfortable holiday stay. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed. The nice bathroom is newly renovated and fresh. For extra convenience, there is also a laundry room with a washing machine. When using a wood stove or fireplace, previous experience with fireplaces is required. The glazed balcony is made of beautiful, fragile original glass, so be careful. Do not open the windows, do not leave the door open when it is windy and, for example, football is not recommended nearby. Not allowed to charge electric cars. The upper floor has not been renovated yet and is not included in the rental. The facade at the back of the house has not yet been painted and is therefore not as nice as the rest of the house. The location near Figeholm makes it easy to discover the area's many swimming spots and beautiful coastal environments. Take a dip at, for example, Götmaren, Fårbo or in Figeholm, or visit Götebo quarry where the crystal clear, emerald green water creates a fantastic environment for both swimming and excursions. For those interested in golf, Oskarshamns Golf Club is within easy reach. Families with children appreciate the proximity to Astrid Lindgren's World and Virum Älgpark.
