About this property

4 Br - great deck/hot tub - 3 miles to Broadway !

This new East Nashville home is a 3-mile Uber to all of the fun on Broadway - Honky Tonk bars, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Music City Center, etc. There is a Kroger a mile away for groceries and the 5 Points strip of restaurants & bars is less than 2 miles away as well. The back deck is an AWESOME place to hang out – very spacious with a plenty of seating and a hot tub and a grill.

You will have access to the entire house - both floors, the back deck, and driveway parking. There is 1 king bed, 3 queen beds and 1 full bed (plus 2 air mattresses available if needed). Fresh towels & linens will be provided for all guests. There is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and a full-size washer & dryer upstairs. There are 2 1/2 baths.

You can enter the house using the electronic keypad. Please feel free to reach out at any time before or during your stay with any questions – We are more than happy to help and will be close by. We hope you enjoy Nashville just as much as we do!

Relaxing stay

This house is an easy Uber ride to anywhere. Offers plenty of space to relax. When we arrived the hot tub wasn’t working. I emailed Bob and he was able to have someone come out and fix it quickly. Would definitely book again.

Decent property for the cost.

Enjoyed our stay and proximity to downtown. Home interior was very nice and accommodated our group of 6. The outside area of the house was a little rough with older patio furnishings and leaves everywhere on the deck. Jacuzzi was a nice addition but the chlorine/Bromine was so strong it was unbearable to sit down low very long because of the strong chlorine odor. All things considered, a pleasant stay

The condition of the back deck was unfortunate as our hot tub and outdoor maintenance team typically do a great job, but there was a transition issue with a new trainee. Pleasant and stress free

I would absolutely stay at this VRBO when traveling to Nashville again. Our host was super helpful and flexible with our travel arrangements and the place fit all of our needs. It was clean and had all the necessities needed. Location was good and back deck was super nice with hot tub and grill for cookout. Unfortunately weather did not permit use of deck. Host was available for all questions and enjoyed all that Nashville had to offer. You will not be disappointed when staying at this property.

Wonderful family rental.

Plenty of room for the whole family. New and currently styled home well stocked with all the essentials. Great location for car travel around the different Nashville attractions. Some traffic and city noises in the back yard but quiet inside.

Lovely Home

We were initially looking at a different area to stay, but we all ended up loving East Nashville - so many cool restaurants and bars and a lot are within walking distance. The home was lovely and perfect fit to our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub every day and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to communicate and we appreciated everything he did for us. Highly recommend!

Great house for groups!

Went with family over the thanksgiving break. Enjoyed the house so much! So close to downtown (less than 10 minute drive). Plenty of space. We did want to cook larger meals and found the cooking supplies to be limited, so if you want to cook large meals you may want to be aware of that.
